Linmax Business Academy is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and small businesses, offering specialized education and training that focuses on SME development, New Venture Creation, and Start-ups. Our mission is to provide practical and relevant training that helps entrepreneurs unlock their full potential, especially in disadvantaged communities.
Background
Linmax Business Academy a 100% black owned company that was founded to address the lack of support. and market access for entrepreneurs in township and rural areas. High unemployment, poverty, and crime rates in these communities have highlighted the critical need for entrepreneurship as a key solution to improve socio-economic conditions and grow the economy.
Linmax Group aims to bridge the gap in support mechanisms for entrepreneurs in remote areas where access to opportunities is limited. We promote small business growth by implementing sound business practices and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset that encourages innovation and creativity in disadvantaged communities.
Our approach is to form strategic alliances with organizations and institutions already involved in small business development.

Linmax offers a range of virtual programs designed to address the lack of access to markets and funding for entrepreneurs. Our current programs include:
Entrepreneurship Learning Programme (ELP)
The ELP prepares entrepreneurs by teaching the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. It helps both aspiring and current entrepreneurs identify opportunities and turn them into profitable ventures. We guide entrepreneurs from idea generation to research and implementation, using problem-solving techniques that address business growth challenges. This one-month program is tailored to suit each business, ensuring relevant and practical learning.
The Marketing Programme (TMP)
This program equips entrepreneurs with the tools and resources needed to market their businesses effectively. TMP helps entrepreneurs understand market research, identify market needs, and create strategies to grow their target audience and competitive advantage.
Financial Administration Programme (FAP)
FAP provides entrepreneurs with essential financial management skills. We guide business owners on financial models, pricing methods, and securing funding. Linmax Group partners with Standard Bank to deliver sound financial advice, helping entrepreneurs write winning funding proposals and manage their finances effectively.
Networking and Linkages Programme (NLP)
NLP creates a platform for entrepreneurs to engage with other business owners and connect with corporate partners. Through monthly sessions, we cover various topics related to small business development and involve industry experts, business support organizations, and financial institutions.
Mentorship Support
Linmax Group offers structured mentorship to entrepreneurs enrolled in our programs. We collaborate with institutions and organizations that provide mentorship, linking SMMEs to the appropriate mentors based on their needs. Linmax Group monitors and evaluates the progress of each entrepreneur to ensure they are on the path to success.
